Yes: a short Netflix series called Kumite; a remake every ten years with Iko Uwais doing the fighting would work

- Could it be a 10-episode Netflix show? The first instinct was no, but a show simply called Kumite would have one host hosed off and unreachable for the run; eight 22-minute episodes like Fleabag, and if Cobra Kai got made, give us Kumite; Netflix is told to get on it.
- A remake would be good: Bolo Young (as transcribed) is about 65 and probably not returning as Chong Li, but with Ico from The Raid (as transcribed) doing the fighting one host is in; the concept of a maybe-real underground event you go find should work every ten years, a classic setup like a Fast and Furious entry or The Most Dangerous Game's hunting humans, which gets recycled every five or six years.
