Lisa Letzky; Rifleman

• Lisa Letzky (as transcribed) is liked because it is never a hot-girl name in a movie, more the best friend's, yet they zag on it.
• Rifleman is the other pick, a name that can only be a quarterback, like the Seahawks fullback named Max Strong (as transcribed).
• Asked who could be Rifleman now, Joe Milton, a backup with a cannon the Eagles just signed, is offered; whether Rifleman is his first or last name is unclear.

Approx. transcript time · 01:21:30Read transcript

• Joe convincing his Black teammates and bringing the receiver/linebacker rooms into the mansion is imagined as missed comedy.
• Black Max or Jarrett is suggested; a tentative McConaughey now-imagine-he’s-Black caveat is proposed. Social consequences of becoming a Black quarterback in1978 are considered, with Derek Jenkins only an invented name. — Van Lathan
• A sequel with a Black backup becoming a record-breaking champion is floated, then contemporary Joe Milton play is debated. — Van Lathan
